What are essential Oils?

Essential Oils are the precious oils that is held within the
petals, leaves, barks and fruits of Natures plants, trees and
fruits. The Oils are extracted by various methods, such as cold
pressing, steam distillation, and Co2 and solvent extraction.
These oils are then used broadly within aromatherapy for a
diverse array of needs. Essential Oils must be diluted before
being applied to the skin, and the recommended ratio is 3% of
Essential Oil to the base. There are few oils which are an
exception to this rule however, such as Tea Tree and
Lavender, which can be applied to cuts, blemishes and
damaged skin to heal and disinfect.

How Do I use Essential Oils?
There are many ways to enjoy the benefits of these beautiful

soothe or excite!

Materials’ Category). This allows you to create delightful
